Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What counts as a 'sub-account' on the Agency plan?

Each sub-account is an independent client organization with its own customers, loyalty cards, and branding. The Agency plan includes 3, with additional ones at $10/month each.

Does Loyalstack integrate with my POS system?

Accepted Answer

Loyalstack works alongside any POS via our QR scanner PWA — staff scan a customer's wallet card at checkout without any direct POS integration needed. Native POS integrations are on the roadmap.

Question 5

Can my customers use loyalty cards without downloading an app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cards live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — apps that are already on every iOS and Android device. No additional download is ever required.

Question 6

Is the white-label branding truly white-label?

Accepted Answer

On Agency and Franchise plans, all 'Powered by Loyalstack' branding is removed. Your clients see your logo, your colors, and optionally your custom domain.

Question 7

What happens to my customer data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can export all your customer data at any time in CSV format. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
