Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Loyalstack. By creating an account, you agree to them. Last updated July 2026.
1. Using Loyalstack
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business creating a Loyalstack account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the program information you configure and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
3. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the program content you upload (logos, offers, messages) and the customer data your program collects. You grant Loyalstack a limited license to use that content solely to operate and display your loyalty program to your customers.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Loyalstack to send spam, collect data unlawfully, misrepresent your business, or interfere with the platform's operation or security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice, except in cases of urgent risk to the platform or other users.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practical.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyalstack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify active accounts by email before the new terms take effect.
