This policy explains what data Loyalstack collects, why, and the choices you and your customers have. Last updated July 2026.
1. Information we collect
From merchants: account and business details, billing information, and program configuration. From loyalty program members: name, email or phone number, and activity such as stamps earned, points balance, and redemption history, all provided when a member joins a merchant's program.
2. How we use information
We use collected data to operate loyalty programs (issuing and updating wallet passes, tracking rewards), to send transactional and, where a merchant enables it, promotional messages to members, to provide merchants with reporting and analytics, and to improve product reliability and features.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal data. Member data is shared only with the merchant whose program the member joined, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, email/SMS delivery, and payment processing) under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing that service.
4. Data retention
Merchant and member data is retained for as long as the merchant's account is active, plus a limited period afterward for backups and legal compliance. Merchants can request deletion of their program data at any time from Settings → Data or by emailing hello@loyalstack.co.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of promotional messages. Members can unsubscribe from a merchant's messages at any time via the link in any message, or by contacting the merchant directly. Requests can also be sent to hello@loyalstack.co.
6. Cookies & analytics
Our marketing website uses essential cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on loyalstack.co.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify merchants by email before the changes take effect.
